This Privacy Policy applies to the Arrow Puzzle mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application" or "App"), created and maintained by Build BD App ("we", "us", or "our"). Arrow Puzzle is provided as an ad-supported free game intended for use as is.

This policy outlines how we handle data, permissions, and user privacy in accordance with Google Play Developer Program Policies. By installing or playing Arrow Puzzle, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use

Arrow Puzzle is designed for anonymous and casual gameplay. We do not require user registration and we do not collect sensitive personal data such as your real name, email address, phone number, contacts list, precise GPS location, photos, camera/microphone data, or financial information.

To provide standard gameplay features, online tournament leaderboards, and ad services, the Application processes only the following limited data:

  • Anonymous In-Game Profile: An automatically generated random anonymous user ID (UID) and any optional player nickname you choose for displaying scores on the global leaderboard.
  • Gameplay Progress: Completed puzzle levels, stars earned, best moves, and accumulated hints stored locally and synced anonymously to leaderboard scores.
  • Device & Technical Information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and network connectivity state to ensure app stability and correct display.
  • Advertising & Notification Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token, managed through official Google SDKs.

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Application utilizes trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google. These third-party services may collect pseudonymous identifiers and device data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

4. Android App Permissions

The Application requests only standard Android permissions required for proper operation:

Permission Purpose
android.permission.INTERNET Allows the game to connect to our server for tournament leaderboard synchronization and loading AdMob ads.
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE Checks whether the device is connected to the internet to ensure smooth offline gameplay when disconnected.
android.permission.POST_NOTIFICATIONS Enables optional game notifications (Android 13+). You can enable or disable this anytime in your device settings.

5. Data Retention and Account/Data Deletion

Gameplay progress and leaderboard records are retained as long as you actively use the app.

How to Request Data Deletion: You have the right to request complete deletion of any leaderboard score records or server-stored App UID associated with your game. To submit a deletion request, please email us at sbilokman@gmail.com with your in-game nickname or App UID. Your data will be permanently purged within 30 days.

You can also wipe all locally stored app progress at any time by navigating to your device's Settings → Apps → Arrow Puzzle → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data, or by uninstalling the application.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard your information. All communications between the Application and backend endpoints use secure HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS). Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely infallible.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Arrow Puzzle is designed as a family-friendly casual brain puzzle game for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable by law). If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at sbilokman@gmail.com, and we will promptly delete such records.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any updates will be posted directly to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top. We recommend checking this page periodically for any changes.
