All group links and descriptions posted on the platform are User-Generated Content (UGC). The App administrators do not independently create or claim ownership over external group links published by users.

Group Linker Join Social Group is an independent application developed to assist users in discovering public community groups. This App is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or officially connected with WhatsApp LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other third-party social networking service.

When a user clicks to join a group, the App redirects the user to the official application via standard deep links and public web protocols. Users must comply with WhatsApp's and respective platforms' Terms of Service and Community Standards when joining or participating in external groups.

3. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization and user privacy. We only collect the minimal data required to operate the App effectively:

• User-Submitted Information: Group name, public invite link, category, country, language, and group description submitted by users when listing a group.
• Anonymous App Identifier (App ID): A randomly generated unique identifier (UUID) created on first launch to manage user preferences, saved favorites, reward points, and submission ownership anonymously without requiring personal login credentials.
• App Usage & Activity Data: Group view counts, join click counts, search queries, and in-app interaction metrics used for group ranking and anti-spam detection.
• Device & Network Information: IP address, device model, operating system version, and general network state collected for anti-abuse, spam prevention, rate limiting, and security compliance.

4. Account Management & Privacy

No Personal Account Required: Group Linker Join Social Group does not require you to provide your real name, email address, phone number, password, or contacts list.

• Your unique App ID is stored locally on your device via secure SharedPreferences and synchronized with our secure server.
• This identifier is purely functional and cannot be used by itself to identify you as an individual in the real world.
• If you uninstall the app or clear app data, your local App ID may reset.

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

We partner with trusted third-party providers to enhance functionality and display advertisements:

• Google AdMob: We use Google AdMob to show banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect and process device advertising IDs (AAID), IP addresses, and diagnostic information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to deliver push notifications regarding trending groups, app updates, and important announcements. You can disable notifications anytime in your device settings.
• Firebase Remote Config & Analytics: Used to dynamically update configuration settings, maintain app stability, and analyze aggregated performance data.

6. Reward Points & In-App Gamification

• The App may provide reward points for daily check-ins, viewing content, and active engagement.
• Reward points are strictly virtual in-app items used solely for app features (such as joining or highlighting groups). Points have no real-world monetary or cash value.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC) & Prohibited Content Policy

We strictly prohibit the posting or distribution of harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content. Users must NOT post group links containing or promoting:

• Adult, sexually explicit, pornographic, or 18+ content and suggestive imagery.
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation (Zero Tolerance).
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, defamation, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability.
• Scams, financial fraud, phishing, misleading promises, or malware distribution.
• Illegal drugs, regulated items, weapons, terrorism, or violent extremist content.
• Copyright infringement, unauthorized piracy, or impersonation of individuals/organizations.

8. Content Moderation, Reporting & Objectionable Content Removal

To maintain a safe environment for all users, we enforce a strict multi-layer moderation system:

• Automated Screening: Incoming group submissions are filtered for blacklisted keywords, spam links, and restricted patterns.
• Human Review: Our moderation team reviews user submissions and flags questionable listings.
• In-App Reporting Mechanism: Every group listing includes a dedicated "Report" button. Users can immediately report broken links, spam, adult content, or abusive behavior.
• Swift Action & Content Removal: Reported content that violates our policies will be investigated and removed within 24 hours. Accounts/devices engaging in repeated abuse will be permanently banned and blacklisted.

9. Child Safety & Age Restriction (18+ Requirement)

We do not knowingly collect personal data from or direct our services to children under the age of 13 (or under 18 in jurisdictions where adult consent is required). If we discover that content or accounts have been created by or target minors inappropriately, we will immediately delete the relevant information and block access.
